Achievement in Dance and Singing:
Km. Mismi Bose of class VI won the award in All India Multi Lingual Drama, Dance, Music Contest NATIONAL HARMONY 2011 organized by Akhil Bhartiya Sanskruti Sangh, Pune. She won the award in solo Oddisi Dance. She has also got Kalakriti Samman 2010-11 in Universal Natya Vidyalaya, Asthal, Maldevata, Dehradun.
Achievement in National Arts Competition 2010:
8 Students of this Vidyalaya have won Bala Kala Ratna Award (Gold Medals) in the National Art Competition for children organised by kalabharati Child Art Institute, Aurangabad.
This Vidyalaya has been awarded with Best School Award for promoting Art among Students. The Principal of the Vidyalaya has been honoured with Active Principal Award. Mr. Satender Singh TGT (Art Ed.) has been Awarded with Dronacharya Award and Mr. Sachindra Goswami Contractual Art Teacher has been awarded with Active Teacher Award for encouraging their students.
9 Students of this vidyalaya have won prizes in the All India Camel Colour Contest 2010(school level) and their paintings have been selected for the state level competitions.
Mas. Deepjyoti Choudhury of class VIB has been selected for state level competition on energy conservation organized by BEE, Ministry of Power, Govt. of India.

Master Kaushik Basak of Class XI, under 19, bagged 01 Gold in doubles, 01 Silver in singles and 01 Bronse in tennis held at New Delhi from 10 Nov 09 to 20th Nov 09.

Km. Himakshi Sharma of Class VI, under 14, bagged 01 Bronse medal in 400 mtrs free style swimming held at Ahemedabad from 16 Nov 2009 to 20 Nov 2009.

Winners of Interanational Child Art Competition “Fragrance of the Art Buds” 2009
The students of Kendriya Vidyalaya IIT Guwahati have won many honours in the 1st Interanational Child Art Competition “Fragrance of the Art Buds” 2009 organised by Young Envoys International Hyderabad, a pioneering art organisation of the country. In this competition children from Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Tanzania, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia & India have participated. The Students of K.V.
